About Chef Zepeda

Chef Zepeda was born to a Salvadoran and Mexican family, where his passion for cooking was kindled at an early age. Joining his mother and grandmother in the kitchen, throughout his childhood, Zepeda discovered family recipes and fusion of exciting flavors through his culturally-diverse upbringing, including Mexican-Lebanese heritage. As his passion for cuisine only continued to grow, Chef Zepeda continued to elevate his craft at young age, and began his culinary career at the age of seventeen.

An Impressive Culinary Career

Chef Zepeda went on to complete his studies with a degree in gastronomic business administration and culinary arts in the city of Merida Yucatan, before launching an impressive career throughout Mexico and the Dominican Republic. Throughout the years, he has worked with some of the most prestigious luxury resorts in sought-after destinations, including Los Cabos, Punta Mita Niyarit, and Cancun. As an explorer of taste and a master of culinary delights, he has honed his craft through an impressive journey of culinary exploration. Working alongside acclaimed French, Spanish, and Mexican chefs, he was able to expand his culinary skills and techniques. He has traversed his native land, seeking out the distinct flavors that now represent his distinguished style.

For Chef Zepeda, gastronomy is not the mere fusion of flavors but the symphony of bringing people together through cuisine. He is continuously inspired by his experiences, with his inspiration and passion fueling his unique culinary creations. As a Chef, he is passionate about presentation, and is known for creating dishes that not only boast remarkable flavor, but are visual masterpieces. As a leader, Chef Zepeda is deeply committed to growth and learning, and fosters a culture of camaraderie and knowledge-sharing within his team. His philosophy of unity in the kitchen brings out the best in his culinary team and inspires his colleagues to explore and create. Through his multifaceted experiences, Chef Zepeda has emerged as a culinary leader, focused on creativity, organization, and flavor.
