The pet owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet to the room, facilities, appliances, furniture, another person, or property. Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply.

We recommend bringing your pet’s food, leash, travel bowls if preferred, medication, vaccination records, and any comfort items needed. Itz’ana provides selected pet amenities, but guests should travel with their pet’s essentials.
