Meditation & Mindfulness: Your Spiritual Journey At Itz'ana

Stress and anxiety get the best of us all at times. When it does, nothing washes away the woes of the day-to-day quite like the sea. A trip to the beach for an hour, a weekend, or an entire week has proven to have countless benefits for the body, mind and soul. Combined with yoga and intentional mindfulness, your next beach getaway at Itz'ana can be filled with transformative experiences and holistic health. Come as you are, leave with unwavering calmness, relaxation, and restoration.

While mindfulness can be seen as simply closing one's eyes and taking deep breaths, true mindfulness requires skilled, guided instruction on breathing, relaxing, and learning how to engage with the world around. Stephanie Hitchcock is just the woman for the job, as a yoga and meditation instructor who is more than qualified to teach students to be present in the moment through the practice of yoga - ultimately improving their mental, spiritual, and physical health.

Partnering with Stephanie, we're offering the opportunity for a relaxing and restorative approach to holistic wellness with your next visit to Itz'ana. Get to know Stephanie as she introduces herself, and get ready to experience beachfront luxury and our new vegan menu, along with true mindfulness and wellness.
