Day One: Luxurious Relaxation
Day one of the Mother's Day trip began with a leisurely exploration of the stunning resort grounds. Our guests marveled at the natural beauty surrounding them, taking in the lush tropical foliage, the tranquil pool, and the majestic Caribbean Sea. They enjoyed lounging at the pool, and even learned how to make our iconic Pineapple and Basil Mojito Mocktails with our mixologist, Michael, at the Pool Bar. The day ended with a vegan and dairy-free fine-dining experience at Limilia Restaurant.
Day Two: Yoga, Brunch, and a Massage
Day two was a day of rejuvenation and pampering. Kaitlyn surprised her mother with a morning yoga session on our picturesque yoga deck, followed by a special Mother's Day brunch. Our new head chef, Alvaro Zepeda, personally crafted a delicious, dairy-free and vegan-friendly spread brimming with exotic ingredients and vibrant flavors. The meal was a true delight for the senses, providing the perfect start for a relaxing, rejuvenating day ahead.
Following an afternoon of lounging by the pool, Kaitlyn surprised her mother with a luxurious massage session at Itz'ana's spa room. To end the perfect day, our culinary team treated our guests to an extraordinary Mother and Daughter dinner experience with a three-course meal at Limilia Restaurant. Dining under the stars on Limilia's deck, Kaitlyn and her mother sipped on premium wine and savored each bite of the sumptuous, expertly-crafted vegan and dairy-free cuisine.
Day Three: Nature and Adventure
Day three was all about adventure, and embracing the remarkable beauty of Belizean nature. Kaitlyn enjoyed the sunrise from the balcony of their Beachfront Loft, before treating her mother to a day of adventure. The duo embarked on a thrilling Monkey River Adventure Tour, for a journey down the scenic Monkey River, encountering stunning wildlife and basking under the Caribbean sun. This was an adventure for all senses - with the lapping waters and chirping of birds creating an immersive nature experience.
The Ultimate Mother's Day Getaway
Throughout their stay, our guests were treated to the utmost care and attention to detail, enjoying attentive service, sumptuous cuisine, and luxurious amenities.
