At Itz’ana, the distance from farm to table is just a few steps. We are proud to be developing our on-site organic garden, where we will grow much of the produce used in our kitchen. This system allows our chefs to create each meal lovingly, locally, seasonally, and sustainably. We've started small, and will grow it piece by piece. In addition, we're fortunate to be able to source organic produce from local farmers in the region as well as from the gardens at our sister property, Ka'ana Resort.
