Stress and anxiety get the best of us all at times. When it does, nothing washes away the woes of the day-to-day quite like the sea. A trip to the beach for an hour, a weekend, or an entire week has proven to have countless benefits for the body, mind and soul. Combined with yoga and intentional mindfulness, your next beach getaway at Itz’ana can be filled with transformative experiences and holistic health. Come as you are, leave with unwavering calmness, relaxation, and restoration.
While mindfulness can be seen as simply closing one's eyes and taking deep breaths, true mindfulness requires skilled, guided instruction on breathing, relaxing, and learning how to engage with the world around.
